Datta Coffee: Dry fry the Coriander Grains (Dhaniyaalu - Telugu, Dhaniyaa - Hindi) until they turn light brown and powder them. While boiling milk add this powder (1 tea spoon for a cup of milk) and boil for 10 minutes. Mix sugar to taste. Drink this "Datta coffee" regularly and enjoy the flavor. It helps us get away from tea - coffee habit and keep good health. JGD
