Avoid Health Bulletins - Keep Healthy

Please try to avoid reading health bulletins and coloumns in news papers and periodicals. They can not provide us complete knowledge as the size of information being vast and the space allotted would be little. They cater us half knowledge which create a phobia about our complaints. Many a times "Disease Phobia" (Tie Snake) is more harmful than the disease proper. JGD

Unique way of Indian Cooking is Backed by Ayurveda

There is a special method followed in cooking Indian way. The edible oil is boiled with certain spices like Mustard, Cumin seeds and coriander and pulses like black gram. Such oil is smeared on vegetable pieces and foods and cooked.
This special method called as "Popu" in Telugu and "Thadka" in Hindi.
It adds a great taste to the Indian Foods. This procedure is suggested in India by Ayurveda. Such foods are called "Krithaanna". No one except Indians in the world follow this procedure in their cooking. See the Photo of Spices box.

Clean Tetth With Fingers Once in A Week

Tooth brush is a conventional tool today. Brushing with tooth brush does not massage the gums. Massage of gums prevent many dental problems.
Hence it is suggested to massage the gums with fingers after cleaning. Or clean the teeth with fingers once in a week. Use a good herbal powder while cleaning with fingers for better results.
