Curd Half Made is Not Good


Curd care: Be aware of half fermented curd in cold seasons. Though it is tasty for few causes sickness, heaviness and cold. Add little old and sour butter milk / curd to it and wait a little to make complete curd soon. According to Ayurveda Yogurt is also half made curd . Indians living abroad can make curds with yogurt and use.
