Simple Ayurvda Remedy for Indigestion & Constipation

Take a small piece of fresh Ginger sprinkle little Rock salt powder and eat daily before food. This practice helps to get rid of indigestion, flatulence and gastric disturbances. It also clears the throat and promotes taste in food. Those who have high B.P. can also use this safely. JGD

Do not Postpone Natural Urges to Maintain Health

Please avoid holding the natural urge of Urination, Defecation, Yawning, Hunger, Thirst, Sleep etc. They are called Vegas (Speed Actions) of human body. they are performed with complex involvement of many functions in the body.  Hence attend them as soon as possible to prevent several illnesses and maintain health. Postponing and holding the Natural Urges is called "VEGAVARODHA" in Ayurveda. JGD

Avoid Coloring Hair to Avoid Several Health Problems

Please avoid / minimize coloring hair with chemicals to avoid many health problems. Few of them are , Irritation in eye, Red eye, Nasal block, Headache and even hypertension. Women may face more hormonal problems. The health problems get a booster due to hair dyes in middle age.either in men or women. Certain chemical dyes are banned. Do not do any Other Activity while Eating Food

Don't watch TV, read & talk loudly while eating food to avoid ‘Gastric Troubles’. Eat silently to avoid emotions. Praying prior to food cools the mind. Every emotion triggers secretion of a bio-chemical in the body. Such activity impedes normal process of digestion. JGD
